Services

Sklentr provides website design, SEO and marketing, paid advertising services, video editing, business consultation, and MVP development. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement. In the event of a conflict, that agreement takes precedence over these Terms for the specific engagement.

Payments

Fees and payment schedules are set out in your project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due on the terms specified in that agreement.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for your project transfers to you, except for any third-party or pre-existing components, which remain subject to their respective licenses.

Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us during an engagement as confidential and will not disclose it except as needed to deliver the services or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our website and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sklentr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
