Paid Ads
We plan the campaigns, write and test the ads, set up conversion tracking so you can see what a lead actually costs, and report on what the spend returned.
Which platform should you start with?
This is the question almost everyone arrives with, and the answer is usually clear within about a minute of describing what you sell.
Start with Google Ads if people actively search for what you offer. Emergency plumbing, accountants, legal help, replacement parts, anything someone types into a search bar at the moment they need it. The intent is already there and you are buying your way to the front of it.
Start with Meta if your customers do not know your product exists. New products, impulse purchases, anything visual, anything where the job is to create demand rather than capture it. There is effectively unlimited reach and effectively zero intent, so the creative has to do the work the search query does on Google.
Start with neither if your budget is under about $1,000 a month. Below that, management fees eat too much of the spend to make sense and neither platform gathers enough data to optimise against. You are usually better served by your Google Business Profile and local SEO. We will tell you that on the call rather than take the work.
Most businesses end up running both eventually. We run both, so we have no reason to push you toward one.
The two services
Google Ads management in Toronto
Search campaigns for Toronto businesses: campaign structure, keyword and match type planning, ad testing, and the conversion tracking that tells you what a lead actually costs. Competitive Toronto service keywords run $8 to $18 a click, so the account has to be built properly before the spend starts.
Facebook and Instagram ads
Meta campaigns across both platforms as one budget with placement choices: audience planning, continuous creative testing, retargeting, and honest reporting about what Meta can and cannot measure since Apple’s privacy changes.
What both have in common
Whichever platform you start on, three things are set up the same way and they are the three most often missing when we audit an existing account.
You own the account. We work inside your Google Ads account and your Meta Business Manager, never ours. If we stop working together, the account, the history, the pixel and the data stay with you. Ask any agency this before you sign.
Conversion tracking comes before spend. Without it you can see clicks but not leads, which means you cannot tell which campaign is paying for itself. Most accounts we look at are running without it and have been for months.
The landing page gets reviewed first. A well-run campaign pointed at a weak page still fails. We look at where the traffic will land and tell you honestly whether it will convert before you spend money finding out.
What it costs
Two costs, and they are separate. Your ad spend goes to Google or Meta, not to us. You set it, you control it, and you can change it at any time.
Our management fee is quoted after we have seen the account and agreed the scope. It depends on how many campaigns are running, how much building is needed at the start, and how often you want reporting. We propose it in writing before any work begins, and it does not change without your agreement.
We do not publish a fixed price because a single service campaign and a multi region ecommerce account are not the same job. Tell us your spend and what you are selling on the call and you will have a number.
